A course in one lesson, so far

The agentpm workflow

How work moves from a sprint item to a live Cloud Run revision — and the three separate acts that people confuse.

Merging and releasing are two different things. DEV_WORKFLOW.md, agentpm

Built from the repository itself, which is the authoritative source: AGENTS.md, DEV_WORKFLOW.md, CODE_STANDARDS.md and the agentpm-release skill. No claim here is invented. Each lesson is short and ends with a feedback loop you answer yourself.

The mission is to hold the shape of the pipeline in your head, so you can read an agent's one-line report and say whether it followed the workflow.

What comes next

Lesson 2 is not written yet. Likely candidates, in the order they serve the mission: the anatomy of a change-set brief, how to read an agent's report, and the release lanes in detail. Tell me which one you want.

Something unclear? Ask me. I am your teacher for this topic, and I read the same repository you do.
