Course 02 · aihero.dev
Matt Pocock's material, taught to professional developers who have barely used an agent. Their engineering judgement is the asset. It transfers.
| Path | Holds |
|---|---|
MISSION.md | Why this is being taught, and who the audience is. |
RESEARCH.md | The verified source material. Every quotation with its page, and a record of what was corrected. |
RESEARCH-CLAUDE-CODE.md | The official Claude Code documentation material. It carries the correction to slide 8: plan mode blocks edits, not shell commands. |
CONTENT-BRIEF.md | The deck script: the spine, the exact quotes, and what was cut from the earlier version. |
RESOURCES.md | The pages read in full, split by track, plus communities. |
NOTES.md | Teaching preferences and design decisions. |
slides.html | The session deck. |
lessons/ | Numbered lessons. One tight habit each. |
reference/ | Glossary and runsheet. Made to be revisited and printed. |
assets/ | tokens.css shared by deck.css and lesson.css, plus the quiz component. |
learning-records/ | Decisions that steer the next session. |
Session 2, once this room has run agents for a month: the 24-skill catalogue,
the pipeline, and the 7 phases. After that, the building-AI-apps track: evals and
Evalite; the AI SDK and structured outputs; tools and MCP; guardrails. All of it
is already gathered and verified in RESEARCH.md.
Want the next lesson? Ask me to teach it. I read the source pages before writing anything, and I record what I corrected.
